Submitting a service request or contact form starts a conversation. It does not confirm an appointment until a member of the Duffyy's HVAC team follows up with you by phone, text, or email. Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to emergency calls, weather, or parts availability.
Estimates and pricing
Any pricing discussed before an on-site visit is preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after we inspect the equipment and the scope of work. Additional issues found during the work are reviewed with you before we proceed.
Accuracy of information
You agree that the information you provide, including contact details and the service address, is accurate and that you are authorized to request work at that property.
Intellectual property
The Duffyy's HVAC name, logo, text, photographs, and layout of this site are owned by Duffyy's HVAC or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent.
